life skills workshops for children

life 101

We run life skills workshops for children, covering topics such as leadership, resilience and wellbeing. Our workshops help to build children’s confidence, improve their ability to overcome adversity, help them to understand and regulate their emotions, and inspire them to want to go out into the world and create positive change.

We teach serious topics in a fun and engaging way, using a combination of discussions, games and challenges. We aim to provide a supportive environment with space for self-reflection, where children feel safe to express their ideas and ask questions. We also encourage them to think practically, so they can apply what they learn to their daily life.

Our workshops are designed and run by Greig Trout, a former CSI and founder of 101 Things To Do When You Survive, and Jaime Thurston, CEO of the 52 Lives charity and author of two books on kindness.

"Greig is one truly brave man, and is determined to shine a light and help inspire those who have faced real battles - I admire his courage and resolve so much."

“After the Resilience Workshop, our son applied for the position of Prefect at his secondary school and got it! I honestly don’t think he would have even considered applying had it not been for the resilience and growth mindset he gained from the workshop.”
