Greig is an inspirational speaker and Director of Kindness at the 52 Lives charity.  He is a former Crime Scene Investigator with the Metropolitan Police.

After surviving cancer for the second time Greig left the Met to set up the inspirational website and initiative – 101 Things To Do When You Survive.  For two years he travelled the world ticking off what the press dubbed his ‘anti-bucket list’, volunteering, fundraising and raising awareness of the psychological effects of cancer.

His work has earned him a Point of Light Award from the UK Prime Minister and he was named in The Independent on Sunday’s ‘Happy’ List, as one of the top 100 people in the UK that make life better for others.

Greig has experienced first-hand the importance of mindset when dealing with life’s challenges and is passionate about empowering children and adults to understand that their actions can significantly affect not only the world they live in but also their own mental and physical health.

“Greig is truly one brave man, and is determined to shine a light and help and inspire those who have faced real battles – I admire his courage and resolve so much.” Bear Grylls
